ABOUT, RAMESH LAKHULA CHAURASIA
“No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another.”
‒ Charles Dickens.
My sole purpose in life is to lift the Chaurasia community, combining my deep values of human respect and integrity to create a new kind of philanthropy, calling it "Human Capital." What's different about this from the old way of looking at philanthropy (aka you give away money to help people and don't expect it back), is that you are investing in humans and the causes that can help the poor become self-sufficient and improve their own lives. In other words, it applies the principles of capitalism with a soulful, human heart. Ramesh's aim in investing in human capital is not to seek returns, but rather to jump-start the creation of enterprises that improve the ability of the poor to live with dignity.
